Includes VS Joins

1) includes not support select method, joins support select method
2) includes used for eager loading
3) but if you used joins then it will execute query to get data
4) includes loads data in memory

syntax:
User.includes(:store)
User.joins(:store)
if you wants to select specific columns joins will help you, syntax is:
User.joins(:store).select(‘store.name, store.place, User.*’)
